Hosting Company Launches Small Business Stimulus Program

Redondo Beach, California -- Seeing the dramatic effect recent economic news has had on small businesses, SimpleEasyHosting launched “Small Biz America” as a stimulus program to spur economic growth in the small business marketplace. “It’s simple. We’ve seen many small businesses struggle with promoting their business in what many business owners feel are challenging economic times,” says Albert VanHeesch, president and founder of SimpleEasyHosting. “Our solution was to provide small businesses with a financial incentive to take their business online. We’ve seen several small businesses working together in very collaborative ways to help their mutual businesses grow. We just felt this was our contribution,” says VanHeesch.

SimpleEasyHosting’s Small Biz America program provides small businesses with three free months of web hosting when they buy three months of hosting. “What made the Small Biz America program especially compelling to us was they offered an incentive especially for the small business,” says Dan Noyes, president of a technology consulting group based in Rochester, New York. “A benefit of the program was we now had money to invest in other ways to grow our business,” says Noyes.

The motivation behind the Small Biz America program was to minimize the amount small businesses spent on web hosting and encourage them to reallocate money saved to other business services. “We’ve built a profitable business out of providing professional web hosting services for under $7.00 a month and consider this an opportunity for us to give back to the community of small business owners,” says VanHeesch. “I commonly hear small business owners express how they feel like second-class citizens in the business world and we wanted to do something special to help them grow their businesses,” VanHeesch continued.

The Small Biz America web hosting program will continue to Labor Day 2002.
